Boilers EKO - PERFEKT
The EKO - PERFEKT boiler contains possibility of solid fuel burning in automatic or traditional mode and possibility of adaptation for liquid fuel burning. It is built on a base of iron cast exchanger of a universal boiler. In the iron cast part of the boiler, the so called upper combustion chamber, you may burn coal, coke, wood (as a substitute), after manual charging of fuel.
The built on steel combustion chamber in version S with, or W without water jacket, is situated under the water fire grate of the boiler. The iron cast elements like: a round fire grate, a round deflector above grate, an elbow named retort, and a steel chamber of air mixer are located in the lower combustion chamber. Combustion of fuel (coal, eco-pea, pellets, biomass) in automatic mode takes place in the lower chamber. Openings controlling pressure of air necessary for combustion are inside the retort. It prevents flame to find its way to a fuel feeder during the combustion process. Two part ash box is located under the combustion chamber.
The fuel hopper is close to the boiler. A feeding screw is in the bottom of the hopper. The ash box capacity matches capacity of the fuel hopper, it means that after combustion of full hopper the ash box should be full of ash. A water tank of emergency extinguishing device (in case of pea coal firing) is located over the fuel hopper. In case of pellets firing a thermostatic valve, preventing penetration of flame into hopper, should be installed in this place.
A fan delivering air for combustion is located in front of the fuel hopper and is connected to the air mixer. Manually operated air damper controls capacity of air for firing.
Inlet and outlet of heating water (connecting pipes with external thread G1") are in the back part of boiler. There is as well located a flue, carrying flue gas to a chimney.
The boiler exchanger is insulated with mineral wool, what decrease heat loses during combustion. Steel casing of the boiler is covered with high quality high resistance powder paint.
Nothing but good points:
- modern weather controller
- version with water ash box
- charging every 3-4 days
- heat exchanger made of iron cast
- fuels: coal, pea coal, pea brown coal, pellets
- high efficiency of the boiler
- 10 year warranty of iron cast heat exchanger
- ecological certificate
- the highest quality of materials applied
- automatic proportioning of fuel
- combustion process controlled by computer
- possibility of room thermostat connection
- possibility of hot tap water tank connection
- big fuel hopper
- big ash box
- additional fire grate allows on other fuels (e.g.. wood) combustion
- fuel hopper may be situated on the left or on the right side of a boiler
- special construction of the eco-pea hopper makes easy charging
