Hi. Actually after purchase I was not very pleased as it seemed that this boiler did not ensure a required indoor temperature and some pellet leftovers accumulated also. The pre-commissioning was delivered by Mr Tomasz who although it was late called me to notify that he was nearby and asked if it was possible to grab this opportunity and stop-by. He delivered all works in professional manner and carefully checked all things. Some engineers do not care much about details e.g. I experienced this during pre-commissioning of my photovoltaic panels. This time he answered patiently all questions, set-up the boiler and from this time no more complaints about indoor temperature or any pellet leftovers. I am very pleased with this device.

I bought pellet fired condensing boiler, namely Interfire 11 in September. Lazar fitters visited my as agreed but one day was not enough and they finished works the next day. Then they also paid me two visits that each time took several minutes and at present I do not complain any more about quantity of ash and no smoke is released from the chimney. I am very pleased. This devices offers the highest possible comfort. SF 11/130 is a very good boiler with a very good controller and reliable automation that controls firing up and shut down. I am very pleased with this boiler and I am grateful to a plumber who recommended this device. I have been operating the boiler for 4 years and I have no complaints about that.
