Holz Master boiler features with steel heat Exchange that ensures easy operation, high efficiency and long service life. Advantages offered by steel heat exchanger have been combined with modern ceramic furnace. This solution provided the construction of boiler purposed for combustion of solid fuel that offers advantages of both manual loading and biomass fired eco-friendly boilers.
The top chamber provides for combustion chamber where wood is loaded purposed for combustion and gasifying. The door installed at the top allows for wood loading, cleaning and maintenance of top chamber. The chamber is provided in the lower part additionally with the washout hole locked with two wing brackets. The washout hole allows removal of the ash accumulated on the bottom inside the combustion chamber.
The top and lower chamber is separated with ceramic furnace that provides combustion of gases generated as a result of pyrolysis during combustion of wood inside the top chamber. Gases flowing through the furnace are combusted inside the lower chamber. The access door of the lower chamber allows operations, maintenance and cleaning of the chamber and ceramic furnace surfaces.
The pipe heat exchanger installed in the rear consists of vertical flue tubes and it combines the lower chamber with exhaust manifold. The exchanger is fitted with manual cleaning system that facilitates keeping it in clean condition. Exhaust flow from the heat exchanger to exhaust manifold, and then are discharged with exhaust fan to the breeching on the top of boiler.
The exhaust fan supplies the air to the ceramic furnace and combustion chamber. Volume of the air supplied to the furnace and top chamber may be individually controlled with dampers installed on both sides of the boiler. Heating water inlet and outlet purposed for boiler connection to the central heating system is located on boiler rear wall and in top part of boiler, provided with internal threaded G1L” stub pipe. The rear wall of boiler is provided also with exhaust breeching that discharges exhaust gases to the chimney.
The heat exchanger is insulated with mineral wool that protects against heat loss during boiler operation. Boiler casing is provided with high quality powder-coated steel slabs.
