Wood Boiler Holz Master U21 is built with a steel heat exchanger, ensuring simple operation, high efficiency, and long service life. The advantages of the steel heat exchanger are combined with a modern ceramic burner. This solution has enabled the creation of a solid fuel heating device that combines the benefits of a manually loaded boiler with the advantages of eco-friendly biomass-fired boilers.
The upper chamber serves as the combustion chamber, where wood is loaded, ignited, and undergoes gasification. The chamber's top-mounted door facilitates fuel loading, cleaning, and maintenance. Additionally, the lower part of the chamber features a cleanout, sealed with two butterfly latches, designed to remove ash accumulating at the bottom of the combustion chamber.
The upper and lower chambers are separated by a ceramic burner, which burns the gases produced during the pyrolysis of the wood in the upper chamber. The gases flow through the burner and are combusted in the lower chamber. The lower chamber's access door facilitates maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of the chamber and the ceramic burner surfaces.
At the back of the boiler is a tubular heat exchanger made of vertical fire tubes. This connects the lower chamber of the boiler to the flue gas collector. The exchanger is equipped with a manual cleaning system, allowing its surfaces to be kept clean. The flue gases from the exchanger pass into the collector and are then directed by the exhaust fan to the flue gas outlet at the top of the boiler.
The exhaust fan draws air into the ceramic burner and combustion chamber. The amount of air supplied to the burner and upper chamber can be individually adjusted using dampers located on both sides of the boiler. The inlet and outlet for heating water, used to connect the boiler to the central heating system, are located on the back wall and top of the boiler, respectively. They consist of internal threaded G 1¼” connections. The flue gas outlet, used to direct gases to the chimney, is also located on the back wall of the boiler.
The boiler's heat exchanger is insulated with mineral wool to prevent heat loss during operation. The boiler's casing is made of steel sheets coated with high-quality, durable powder paint.
