The VACUM pneumatic choke is a system for transporting pellets (granulation 5-7 mm) from the hopper to the SmartFire boiler, which makes pellet boilers have constant access to fuel. As a result, there is no need to carry it by hand, which is especially advantageous for longer distances.
VACUM consists of two lines, integrated with the boiler. One of them takes fuel from the storage room and transports it with a turbine (screw conveyor) to the container. The second allows the air to be returned to the boiler room. The closed circuit reduces the nuisance of dust in the room.
As the pellet is transported through two flexible pipes, there is a lot of freedom in the positioning of the tank in relation to the pneumatic aspirator.
The device is made of good quality components, which guarantees efficient work. As a result, the buffer tank used by the boiler during operation fills up very quickly. In addition, VACUM has built-in sensors that automate its work. This allows you to forget about the need to regularly monitor the efficiency of equipment in the boiler room. The system itself fills the tank to the maximum level when it detects that the level of pellets in it has dropped to a minimum. This function is factory programmed. If necessary, entering other parameters, e.g. work at specific times or days of the week, can be changed in the device settings.
Personalization is possible for both VACUM and air-water pumps, ventilation systems, and pellet stoves and boilers, which we also offer.
Pellets relates to a fuel that is still underestimated. The reason may be the fact that many persons are not familiar with use of pellet fired boiler for heating purposes. It may seem that use of biomass, namely sawdust or straw as a fuel in central heating boiler causes a lot of hassle and is labour-intensive. Nothing more misleading!
Any fluid loss will be demonstrated with pressure loss indicated by manometer. In case of open circuit, you can also check the level of compression vessel.
