FEEDER SCREW FEEDER

Feeder operation is possible at any position up to 60 angle (optimal angle 45). Axleless coil made from carbon thermally hardened steel of 38mm or 53mm diameter. It is provided with PCV supply pipe of 75mm diameter, 4mm trick finished with opening taking the material. Handling stub pipe of 75mm or 63mm dia. allows connection to discharging pipe. Available length 1.6, 2, 2.5m.. Other lengths available upon request.

Screw feeders

The EL and EH screw conveyors enable the transport of pellets with a granulation of 0.01 mm - 30 mm so that pellet stoves have constant access to fuel. The transport pipe is made of PVC, 75 mm in diameter, 4 mm thick, and is ended with a window collecting the transported material. It ensures tightness, but also has a low degree of abrasion, thanks to which the feeders can work for a long time without disturbances. This is especially important during the heating season when any heating system failures are troublesome.

The high quality of the feeders reduces the possible vibrations and shocks during the transport of loose substances, which reduces the generation of nuisance noise.

While augers work optimally when set at 45 degrees, they also perform efficiently at other slopes, from 60 degrees. This allows you to adjust the setting to the individual conditions in the boiler room.
The transport pipe consists of wormwheels (38 mm or 53 mm in diameter) with an inlet through which the pellet is taken, an outlet, gears and an electric motor. Worm wheels, i.e. non-axial spirals, are made of extremely durable carbon steel, additionally thermally hardened. As a result, they guarantee uninterrupted operation for many years.

Screw feeders are available in several variants with a length of 1.6 m, 2 m, 5.5 m. It is possible to order pipes and other components in non-standard dimensions on special order, as in the case of individual specifications at the time of purchase heat pumps, ventilation systems, stoves and pellet boilers, which are also in our offer.
